Title: English Youth Pastor

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt

Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Temporary/Regular: Regular

Responsible to: Leading Pastor/Executive Board

Responsibilities:

Provide, oversee and develop the English Ministry, which includes:

• Pulpit: Preaching
• Teaching: Sunday School and Fellowships
• Sunday Worship
• Discipleship: train leaders
• Leading and Developing fellowships
• Mission & Evangelism: Outreach
• Caring & Counseling
• Work closely with the Children Director especially in regards to the transition of the children from children ministry to youth group.
• Any other duties as and when required by the Leading Pastor/or the Executive Board

Qualifications:

• MDiv with an accredited theological institute or equivalent
• Must have a heart of reaching out to the inner English speaking Chinese youth
• Gifted in expository bible teaching, pulpit preaching, edification, training & counseling
• A passion for people and the lost souls
• Consistent with the basic faith of San Francisco Evangelical Free Church and the Apostle’s creed
