Title:
English Youth Pastor Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Full-time/Part-time: Full-time Temporary/Regular: Regular Responsible to:
Leading Pastor/Executive Board ________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Provide, oversee and develop the English Ministry,
which includes: ·
Pulpit: Preaching ·
Teaching: Sunday School and Fellowships ·
Sunday Worship ·
Discipleship: train leaders ·
Leading and Developing fellowships ·
Mission & Evangelism: Outreach ·
Caring & Counseling ·
Work closely with the Children Director especially
in regards to the transition of the children from children ministry to youth
group. ·
Any other duties as and when required by the
Leading Pastor/or the Executive Board
Qualifications: ·
MDiv with an accredited theological institute or
equivalent ·
Must have a heart of reaching out to the inner
English speaking Chinese youth ·
Gifted in expository bible teaching, pulpit
preaching, edification, training & counseling ·
A passion for people and the lost souls ·
Consistent with the basic faith of San Francisco Evangelical
Free Church and the Apostle's creed
