Title: Assistant
Pastor for Chinese Congregation (full time)
Requirements:
- Master of Divinity or
equivalent;
- Experience in leading
or working in church worship ministry;
- Experience in
discipling college students and young career Christians;
- Fluency in Cantonese;
- Gift in preaching
Duties:
- Oversee all matters
under the Worship Committee;
- Train, lead and guide
worship workers to grow in faith as they serve;
- Develop ministry in
the group of the range from college to early parenthood;
- Share the preaching
duties with other pastors;
- Participate in
visitation to relevant members.
